Joining ChaffeeCOMMONS is easy and will deepen your capacity by lifting administrative burdens, adding new platforms to help you do what you already do easier, and by consolidating some of your monthly payments into a single membership.
Begin by choosing the type of membership your organization is signing up for:

- VIA Chaffee Only - this option is available, if you only want to participate in the VIA Chaffee, the county-wide volunteer portal. This is an incredibly robust platform that CCCF is actively marketing to residents, visitors, and newcomers. It is the easiest way to find out what's happening in the community and get involved!

- Annual - Pay each year for a small discount! $342/year.
- Monthly - Pay as you go for full use of the VIAChaffee.org site. $30/monthly
- *** Please note that we do ask for at least a 6-month commitment.
- If you require a shorter "seasonal" membership, please talk to us for prior approval.
- One-time event pricing- this level of membership allows you to get the full benefit of VIAChaffee, to advertise, recruit, and manage volunteers for your one-time event!
- You can sign up up to 45 days ahead of your event, and you'll have access for five business days after the event.
- COMMONS Membership - the whole shebang! A $6000 annual value, if purchased separately. Includes the following:
- VIAChaffee
- BoardSpot
- Business Zoom License
- Free access to all CCCF workshops, trainings, and conferences for up to three (3) attendees from member organization.
- Canva Pro (graphic design)
- Up to five (5) hours of free grant-writing and copy-writing consultation

- Annual - you'll pay all at once for the next 12 months and receive approximately 5% off the price you would pay if you were paying monthly.
- Monthly - you'll be automatically charged each month until or if you decide to cancel or switch to an Annual membership. *** Please note that we do ask for at least a 6-month commitment.
- Zoom Business License Add-on - a single Zoom Business License is included with your ChaffeeCOMMONS membership. However, if you'd like additional team members to have the full license, you can add this on for only $20/mo. Zoom requires Business accounts to have at least 10 licenses ($2,000/yr+), so by joining ChaffeeCOMMONS you get access to this level of Zoom license one-by-one!
